Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Appointed to Manage Luxury Sales Program at Heron Bay

Minerva Properties is pleased to announce the appointment of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage to manage the luxury custom home sales, direct lot sale program and sales of homes by award-winning John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods at Heron Bay Golf and Country Club, their flagship, master-planned golf community located in Henry County. A team of experienced new home sales specialists will be handling the sales for Heron Bay from the community’s one-stop sales center in The Lodge at Heron Bay. The new team includes sales manager Meril Missbach and on-site sales agents Sherry Driver and Josh Irwin.
